Soldiers' career day activity for a Nursery/Primary school could involve a Soldier visiting the school in uniform and sharing information about their job and experiences in the military. 

The soldier could talk about the importance of serving their country, the different branches of the military, and the skills and values needed to be a soldier. He could also share stories about their training, missions, and the places they have traveled to. 

The soldier could bring in some of the military equipment for the pupils to see and try on, such as a helmet, vest, or backpack.

He could also lead a simple physical training exercise or demonstrate how to march in formation. The soldier could emphasize the importance of teamwork, discipline, and courage in the military.
